Welcome to the Riverwalk PT App! Log in to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.

Using this app, you can view your tailored Home Exercise Program with high-definition instructional videos. Within the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Riverwalk PT provider. As you achieve your exercises, recognition in the form of trophies and medals will be awarded to mark your progress.

Under the 'Awards' tab, you can keep track of these achievements. Interested in a language other than English? Simply navigate to the 'More' tab and choose 'Languages' to select an alternative language option. For appointment bookings, visit the 'Appointments' tab for further information. Be sure to click 'Mark as Complete' upon finishing your exercises to enable your provider to monitor your progress effectively.

Please note that access is exclusive to Riverwalk PT patients. This application integrates with the Health app on your iPhone to access daily step count data, enabling your provider to monitor your physical activity.
